Sublimated Garments can be a time consuming process.
Each garment is made from scratch…
The Designer can take from 1 day to 2 weeks to get the perfect design if not choosing from our catalogue.
For fastest results, provide the designer – with as much information as possible for your design.
When the design has been approved and the order has been paid, the rest of the process takes from 3 to 6 weeks.
The design gets edited onto the correct sizes and is then printed on a roll of transfer paper.
From the transfer paper the garments get printed onto the roll of material at 200 degrees.
The material get cut out by our cutters.
Then sewed together by our team of seamstresses. Each garment gets checked and packed.
